Work you'll do

• You will oversee all Salesforce and Mulesoft delivery within the Salesforce ecosystem for Global and Local markets as required. This includes establishing the

• Strategic direction of the delivery organization, serving as the primary point of escalation for all team and stakeholder challenges.

• You will grow the delivery practice across Australia, NZ and demonstrate experience with offshore capability building experience.

• You will support the MD in achieving the assigned company financial goals.

• You will also oversee, mentor, and coach a team of SF Principal Consultants, Technical Lead & Developers in AU, NZ, India and SE Asia offices to ensure all project scope, roadmap, and budget activities are aligned and support the defined client goals.

 

Responsibilities

Lead all Salesforce technical delivery Communities of Practice (e.g. DevSecOps, Data, UI/UX and Engineering).

• Be the point of escalation and alignment for all Salesforce stakeholders. Lead the delivery including overseeing leads who are responsible for client, budget, team, and roadmap management.

• Develop and maintain contact with top decisionmakers within the Gerent firm

• Organize and lead internal pursuits (new business) on Salesforce

• Participate and lead aspects of the business case development process; and contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies including leading RFI/RFP/RFT presentations.

• Perform role of counsellor and coach; provide input and guidance into the staffing process; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff.

• Manage and oversee day-to-day activities of teams and ensure adherence to enterprise standards in project execution methodology, technical delivery, and standards compliance.

• Deliver Success measured on KPI’s i.e., Customer rating on a scale of 5 with 5 being excellent, Utilisation, Margins, Revenue, Profitability

 

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, business or equivalent professional experience or qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technical project execution/leadership and/or technology consulting on large enterprise projects (Salesforce experience preferred)

• 10+ years of consulting and/or CRM (Salesforce preferred) implementation experience

• 4 full life-cycle Salesforce implementation with strong expertise in 2 of the following modules: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

• Experience managing at least 4 large-scale full-life cycle implementations of CRM solutions

• Experience carrying a business development quota and leading business development pursuits end-to-end
